Craig Simms MPH
OWNER & PRESIDENT
Craig Simms leverages over 20 years in leadership roles with traditional, biotech, and start-up pharmaceutical ventures to strategically advise executives and business unit leaders to achieve their strategic plan and respond to rapidly evolving market opportunities in highly complex environments.
With nearly three decades in research, sales, marketing, and medical roles for multibillion-dollar brands, Craig understands what drives novel product launches, positive Wall Street reviews and personal transformation.
He is currently the owner and CEO of Amplify Consulting Services, LLC, and holds a B.A. from Miami University in Oxford, OH, an MPH from Walden University, and a Trauma-Informed Organization Certificate from the University at Buffalo School of Social Work. Craig is an ICF – Certified Executive Coach, a COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist, and an Independent Speaker, Coach and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team.

Martina Felderman Ph.D.
Executive Leadership Coach & Trainer
Martina Felderman leverages over 15 years of experience in the life science industry acting as a researcher, mentor, and Chief Operating Officer of a start-up oncology company.
Her expertise ranges from synthetic biology and vaccine design to drug discovery and design of microfluidics devices in oncology. She brings vast technical knowledge to the development of novel products and the keen ability to combine her rational, scientific approach with a deep intuition.
Martina holds a Master’s degree in Genetics and Biochemistry and a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the Universität of Salzburg. She is a leadership and professional development specialist and an ICF Certified Executive Coach.

George Rathman
Executive Leadership Coach & Trainer
George Rathman is an Executive Coach with over 30 years of Corporate Human Resource Leadership in Talent, Learning and Leadership Development, NCAA Division I Athletics and Consumer Goods Finance.
At Luxottica Retail, George was multi-disciplined Human Resources Leader. He led teams to implement/evolve Talent Management and Acquisition processes centered on People Development. As the Head Swim Coach at Xavier University, George led an NCAA Division I Swim Team that broke over 100 school records resulting in 5 conference champions. George began his career with Procter & Gamble as a Financial and International Tax Analyst.
George earned a JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and certified Life Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). George also holds certifications in Emotional Intelligence, DiSC, Team Coaching, SPHR, and SHRM-SCP.

Warren Bobrow, Ph.D.
Industrial and Organizational Psychologist
Warren Bobrow, Ph.D. specializes in employee engagement, employee selection system design, manager & employee assessment, manager/leadership development, employee selection, structured interviews, and organizational development. He has worked in a diverse range of industries, including consulting, government, customer contact centers, finance, health care, petroleum, retail, distribution, telecommunications, utilities, and apparel manufacturing North America, Europe and Asia.
Dr. Bobrow strives to create survey and assessment programs that a client can easily manage and are designed to meet their specific needs. He brings experience and creativity to projects, many of which include the use of advanced computer technologies to deliver the most value possible to clients. Dr. Bobrow has provided his expert opinions in regulatory and administrative proceedings and is a member, and served on the Board of Directors, of the International Personnel Assessment Council (formerly IPMAAC). He is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
Dr. Bobrow received a B.A. degree from the University of California, Irvine in psychology and a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Tennessee. He is a licensed psychologist (PSY 13646).
